Job description, responsibilities and duties
Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as Customer Service Order Specialist.
Purpose of the role:
Communication with customers worldwide supporting them with order related activities, information about products portfolio and FONA services. To process sales orders in internal system and coordinate communication between customer and FONA in order to satisfy customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Providing support to customers and sales organization worldwide with order processing and related activities
Providing information, proactively promote and support sale of FONA Product portfolio and services
Order receiving and validation
Preparation of Sales Orders in ERP system
Regularly inform customer about stock availability and stages of their order
Supporting customers and securing their requirements related to packaging specifications, transport requirements, customs clearance and registration documents and compliance with other countries' regulations (EU and 3rd countries)
Offering consolidation transport services by air, sea and road, ensuring cost and time efficiency
Invoicing
Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the order journey, working closely together with customers, sales organization and other departments
Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution, assisting customer in the event of a claim
