Job description, responsibilities and duties

Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as CAD/CAM Specialist.

Location: FONA Headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia

Purpose of the role:
1. Strengthen our technical customer service team and support customers worldwide with any clinical/technical CAD/CAM requests:
  • Clinical Support of CAD/CAM /approx. 60%/
  • Technical support of CAD/CAM /approx. 30%/
  • Technical support of all FONA products /approx. 10%/
2. Provide excellent customer service in the process of clinical/technical and training support for CAD/CAM Side Chair product system.
3. The position is a key stakeholder and initial point of contact for CAD/CAM customers in delivering clinical/technical support and trainings for application and hardware related equipment issues.

Responsibilities:
 Handle inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails/tickets from customers worldwide regarding clinical/technical CAD/CAM and other FONA products or cases.
 Support basic and advanced troubleshooting of products
 Direct online/onsite support of our distribution partner technicians and final customers
 Provide clinical and technical training and support to our distribution partners and final customers
 Follow up on open cases to ensure every case is progressing to resolution.
 Drive and develop the clinical/technical support activities together with the sales team
 Continuously support development of CAD/CAM product providing structured feedback to all stakeholders
 Development and maintenance of CAD/CAM training documentations
 Daily Communication in English

Personality requirements and skills

 Education in relevant dental laboratory/technical field ( Dental Laboratory Technician or dental background with practical experience is an advantage)
 Minimum of 1 year experience in dental clinical, laboratory environment
 Familiarity with dental CAD/CAM technologies
 Familiarity with dental lab techniques of milling, dental anatomy and terminology
 Highly interested in digital dental technologies
 Awareness, ideally gathered work experience abroad or within an international corporate environment
 Strong customer focus
 Excellent verbal communication skills
 Hands-on approach and comfortable with working in a small but growing team
 Analytical skills
 Team player
 Available to travel across the globe
 Business fluency in English /written and verbal/ is a must, any other language skills beneficial
 MS Office
