Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as Technical Customer Service Engineer. The job holder will:
 Handle inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails/tickets from customers worldwide.
 Support basic and advanced troubleshooting of products
 Direct online/ on site support of our dealers’ technicians
 Follow up on open cases to ensure every case is progressing to resolution.
 Provide technical training and support to our dealers‘technicians
 Drive and develop the technical support activities together with the sales team
 Daily Communication in English

Personality requirements and skills

 Degree in engineering
 Minimum of 1 year experience in technical customer service or technical help desk environment
 Fluent knowledge of English language, any other language preferred
 Strong customer focus
 Excellent verbal communication skills
 Technical skills in electro-mechanics (in medical equipment field preferred)
 Advanced level of understanding and competency with the equipment operating software system, with maintaining and diagnosing electronic components, pneumatic and hydraulic systems,
 Advanced computer skills – SW, HW, networking
 Able to work under pressure
 Team work
