We are looking for an Import & Export Assistant II, to provide excelllent service to our worlwide clients. This is a remote, home based position. This professional will be responsible for the execution of import and export shipments, validation and document analysis, control of transit time, follow-up of customs clearance with brokers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze Import and Export documents and issue the Commercial Invoice and Packing List;
• Processing of international orders in accordance with compliance rules;
• Promote an interface with partners to monitor and track import/export process;
• Approval of shipments with partners around the world;
• Monitor and track import and export processes;
• Communicate with operators, customers, agents, and internal departments, as necessary, to ensure that orders are processed in accordance with the regulations of each country;
• Support in the solution of critical problems and customer support
• Assist and monitor issues related to customs clearance.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related subjects;
• Microsoft Office proficient;
• Advanced English Skills – B2;
• Familiar with Europe/Middle East export rules and regulations;
• Experience with acting as a liaison with customs agents and carriers;
• Knowledge in International Logistics;
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills (Written & Verbal);
• Strong Customer Service Skills & Relationship building;
• Flexibility in working hours.
