Senior Business Analyst – Boarding

About the Role:
We are currently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to based in our Bratislava Office with travel across EMEA.
As Senior Business Analyst you will leading a small team of Business Analysts on projects across the EMEA region, working on solutions either within your own Business / Solution Area or collaborate across multiple solution areas or across the whole value chain / platform (Enterprise Business Solution).

You will be responsible for:

• Developing requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the IT organization, and manages changes to such requirements.
• Serving as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
• Liaising between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
• Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as needed.

About You:

• Payment Industry knowledge (particularly Acquiring) is essential
• Previous extensive experience within a Business Analyst role
• Experience of working to Agile Methodology
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
