General manager – private healthcare

We are looking for candidates for the position of General Manager for our client - a growing company operating in private healthcare sector in Slovakia that offers the most up to date treatments and services available today.


GENERAL MANAGER – PRIVATE HEALTHCARE

• Do you have management experience and are you ready to take the next step in your career and manage a team?
• Are you ideally private clinic manager or did you work in similar roles?
• Are you a great communicator with excellent sales, marketing and customer service skills?
• Do you want to make life changing differences to our patients every day?
• Do you understand financial reports and budgets?
• Do you always adhere strictly to protocol to ensure your patients’ safety?
• We are looking for a great private healthcare manager to join the team of a growing dynamic company

Your responsibility will be to develop and drive the clinic focusing on profitability whilst maintaining the highest level of safety, quality and customer service to the patients in line with the company’s standards.

Ideally you will have a background in healthcare industry. You will either have successfully managed a clinic previously, or have experience in sales management.

You should be able to manage difficult situations, work under pressure and have ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

You should have university degree, excellent knowledge of English, strategic and creative thinking and strong business, negotiation and communication skills.
