Recruiting Coordinator

The Fareon-Z Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer focused recruiting coordinator to join and build our growing organization.

Job responsibilities:
Coordinate full-cycle recruiting events: researching, sourcing, scheduling phone interviews, organizing candidate's travel and accommodation
Manage accurate data in CRM
Serve as the primary contact for candidates through the full recruiting cycle
Keep the constant contact with newcomers and existing employees
Communicate with clients and third party vendoors
Create job descriptions and CV's in English & your native language
Travel to The Netherlands to get to know your recruits

Qualifications:
At least one year of recruiting (recruitment of technical professions preferred - CNC, welding, metal, installation, electro)
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Strong written/verbal communications in your native language and in English
Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks
Ability to work with weekly targets
Speaking Dutch is a great advantage
Speaking Slovak is an advantage
Work in the country of your origin is available once the training, and the probation period in Liptovsky Mikulas are successfully completed
