Office coordinator

We are Exponea, an internationally renowned experience cloud – a tool for in-depth analysis and marketing automation for businesses. We work with global e-commerce leaders and other top companies from all over the globe.

Main goals of this role
Support Operations in various operational projects, e.g. vendor selection, administrative
Ensure day-to-day running of the Bratislava Office

Tasks and responsibilities:
You will take on the mission of supporting various smaller operational projects, e.g. vendor selection or restructuring ops administrative.
You will provide invaluable contribution to employee happiness by ensuring day-to-day running of the Bratislava Office, e.g. by ensuring office supplies are re-stocked.
You will support new team member onboarding and overseeing seating policy.
You will also be responsible for ensuring internal compliance when making company purchases and cooperate with the finance team.
