This is a UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY for you to join the international team in Prague. Do you have years of

We are searching an experienced candidate with fluent English for position HR manager for our client, global
shared services organization.

You will be responsible for:
Influence the design and leads the delivery of the Regional Total Rewards operational activities, and maintain a
strong knowledge of best practices.
Cooperation with regional HR leader, communication with key stakeholders.
Manage Global Services HR peer relationships required to support efficient delivery of Total Rewards Processes.
Responsible for TR Services ongoing operations within the region.
You will provide leadership, direction, coaching, feedback, and, where appropriate, discipline to and through
subordinate team members, implement operational processes.
Responsibility for the Key Performance Indicators and operational metrics that are critical to managing service

Personality requirements and skills

We require:
Fluent English.
At least 5 years HR and total rewards experience preferred shared services environment.
Strong leadership skills and positive-minded, collaborative interpersonal skills qualities necessary to your build a
cohesive, and focused team.
Experienced in development and reporting of HR analytics to manage performance and drive data-based decisions
for HR.
Knowledge of accounting business, financial, and organizational factors in development HR solutions.
Strong understanding of HR operations and experience executing on integrated HR solutions.
