Recruiting and executive search of candidates especially in IT and Finance sector
Personnel interviews with potential candidates, providing personnel support and professional advices
Cooperation with key clients, information about situation on labour market, presentation of relevant candidates
Analysing recruiting requirements and profiles
Working with internal systems of clients and company database
Ensuring all paperwork related to candidates documentation
Giving advices in HR and IT questions
Daily report to agency manager
New projects guidance
Participation on workshops, organizing and participation on career events for university students
New clients acquisition and contracts preparation
