Intern - Digital Content

The European Alliance for Innovation; www.eai.eu is a community-driven organization devoted to empowering ICT innovation in Europe. EAI provides an environment for ICT innovation community interaction that is both virtual and physical. In particular EAI crowd evaluation tools for publications have been recognized by the European Commission as a ground breaking approach to supporting idea dissemination.

EAI is now seeking an Intern to assist the Marketing team. This role may be a starting point in your career, giving the intern the possibility of progression to more senior roles.

Specific Job responsibilities will include:
- Daily maintenance of content for websites of technical conferences;
- Supporting the conference management team by continuous content review, ensuring that organizational details are always presented to the public in the correct and up-to-date form;
- Quality assurance of digital content: proofreading technical copies, maintaining unified look and feel across multiple websites;
- Supporting the marketing team by spotting irregularities in data and ensuring that language and format of content is consistent and up-to-date across multiple websites.
