The important information:
IT Project Manager will work for GERMANY Eurofins region from our IT Infra Team in Nové Zámky.
Job description:
. Establish and maintain relationships between IT Solutions and IT Infra
• Keep track of incoming requests in OTRS Demand queue
• Check and validate offers in OTRS demand queue according to ruleset
• Constantly benchmark working procedures and rules to achieve constant improvement
• Explain existing IT Infra services as per IT Service Catalogue (as catalogue sales push standardisation), IT Service Cards and KGDs for fulfilling demands (Demand Management)
• Ask the right questions to fully understand the requirements (also non-functional ones)
• Wherever existing IT Services do not fit, liaise with the existing solutions owners and creators in order to trigger Service Creation (re-use as much as possible to ad-here to and achieve standardisation as much as possible)
• Participate in IT Programs as proxy on behalf of IT Infra
• Be the IT Infra face towards the internal customers
• Optimize and maintain the offering process for infrastructure services
• Manage customer requests in OTRS (incident/change management and others to come)
• Take part in global and multi-country projects
• Support other IT teams to enable them to fulfill their changes/incidents/SOPs
• Communicate with customers (e.g. consulting of development and business teams)
• Coordinate optimization of processes and application performance
• Work together with international IT-Teams and travel if necessary
