Are you interested in the area of Claims and Collections? Do you have good communication and organizational skills? Do you enjoy solving issues to the end? Are you interested in working in an international environment and get insights into commercial insurance business? Will you be glad to communicate in English? Are you a team player?

Euler Hermes is looking for a candidate for the position of Claims Officer CZ & SK.

You will enjoy this opportunity if you want to:

  • Carry out insurance investigation, claim management including assessment and settlement of claims based on policy conditions, risk information and other debt aspects;
  • Communicate actively with external and internal clients on assigned cases;
  • Handle possible questions and appeals from clients;
  • Closely cooperate with Commercial, Risk and Collection Departments;
  • Coordinate and monitor your agenda to meet clients expectations and high Allianz standards;
  • Work in the multinational environment of stable and growing corporation;
  • Be part of the digital change of the insurance business and participate on different project within the group.

This position has no direct reports.

You will be successful in the role if you are/ have:

  • Minimum high school education (university degree preferred but is not a must)
  • Ideally at least 2 years of working experience at similar position
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good communication and organizational skills, result oriented, eye for detail
  • Team player
  • Czech or Slovak speaker with fluent in English
  • previous experience in Claims management is an advantage
