Email Marketing Specialist

We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us automate and streamline our marketing processes, while also ensuring that our documentation is clear, concise, and up-to-date.

You will be responsible for utilizing marketing channels such as emails and in-product messaging (IPM).

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international teams of lifecycle marketers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing automation initiatives.
• Document and maintain marketing automation processes and procedures.
• Create and manage a project library of running, planned, and completed marketing automation flows, proofs-of-concepts, and their evaluations.
• Share knowledge and results with other HQ teams in scope.
• Assist with automation setup within the NORAM region or other key markets.
• Facilitate development of HTML email template production and in-product messaging content.
• QA email and IPM campaigns to ensure quality and accuracy of the assets; collect test approvals before each campaign launch.
• Produce, launch, and schedule emails and in-product messages.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing automation technologies, tools, and best practices and identify opportunities to improve our overall marketing programs.

This position is a maternity leave cover.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, and retention strategies.
• Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, Oracle Eloqua, or Responsys is a plus.
• Proven experience with project management, preferably in online marketing.
• Understanding of email best practices, industry standards, and success metrics.

HTML skills are a plus.

• Independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English level B2 or higher).
