Business Analyst

We are expanding our Billings planning team. We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst ideally with 2+ years of experience. You need to be result-driven, analytical, with ability to drive mid and long-term projects focused on data analysis, interpretation, planning and data quality.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Ownership, creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards in QlikQ ® tools and MS Excel with various database sources including SQL utilization
• Subject matter expert on the data collection, analysis and interpretation of software sales data to decision makers
• Regular and ad-hoc reports development for specific projects finding the proper reporting dimensions, filters for each data
• Regular analytical support in billings planning to regions and ESET HQ with detailed analysis over findings and proposed corrective actions
• Support of billings planning platform users in proper use of the tool, guidance in methodology and its impact to overall planning
• Ownership of billings planning methodology, maintenance and further development of billings planning tool to reflect approved process and details
• Translating business requirements into billings planning templates and methodology
• Contribution to reporting methodology development and reports definition
• User acceptance testing of developed application including deep data quality check
• Ad-hoc data quality check and variance analysis in billings planning
• Understanding of all data sources used in billings planning and their business value.
• Drive to understand new billings planning aspects and directions in the Security market and its applicability to our environment
• Preparation and update of relevant documentation (such as user-guides, reports, methodology, etc), delivery of trainings to users of billings planning platform
