We are seeking a Service Desk Operator to join the ESET IT Support team to provide prompt 1st line support from telephone, intranet and email requests to ensure operational problems are resolved as quickly as possible.


- 1st point of contact for ESET empoyees reg. IT requests
- Providing first level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests
- Using the incident management and request fulfillment processes,
- In line with Service Desk objectives - classification of incidents and initial support, resolution and recovery, incident ownership and tracking, incident closure.
- Processing orders
- Administrative support

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Brief description of the company

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses. They did not know that they had created one of the most successful antivirus programs in the world – dubbing it NOD.
