Global Consumer Marketing Programs Lead

This position is important for ESET. It combines managing strategic concept development of consumer-focused marketing programs and managing a group of consumer marketers who will help you to deliver the best in class initiatives for global roll out. We’re looking for a leader who will make sure the team performs, keeps high level of motivation and who will support them in their professional growth.

Your daily activities include:

• Being a visionary; researching and introducing new ideas, concepts for new complex projects
• Further develop global initiatives that cover the whole marketing funnel including product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions or top of funnel brand and reputation campaigns such as Safer Kids Online.
• Gathering market information, requirements and inputs from internal teams, regional marketing teams and ESET offices
• Strategic concept development for team projects with the highest priority
• Briefing internal teams, regional offices and external suppliers and overseeing the internal execution
• Full project ownership and project management responsibility including budget, long-term tactical concept, scope, and type of countries onboarded
• Introducing new projects to regional offices and providing guidance with their implementation on given markets
• Evaluating projects´ performance, collecting feedback, providing summarized report
• Leading a team - motivating team members, providing them with necessary guidance and tools to manage their goals
• Participation in cross-functional topics/tasks with peers’ teams and other teams or divisions
• Participation in team’s planning and budgeting

This position is a maternity leave cover with potential conversion to permanent role pending performance and team situation.
