ECommerce Support Specialist
You will
- Provide support and consultancy for ESET regional offices via ticketing system and other channels
- Monitor, report, act and resolve issues reported by automated systems and users
- Participate on strategy, implementation and support for the global eCommerce solution
- Create, analyze, evaluate and especially test specific business and technical eCommerce features or functions
- Gather inputs and requirements for the eCommerce system from ESET partners, offices and internal clients as well
- Coordinate communication of all internal counterparts including Sales, Financial, Legal and Online departments
- Create and improve business and technical documentation needed for administration and development of the eCommerce system
This position is a maternity leave cover.
