HR Information Systems Support
As HRIS Support, you will provide support to internal clients – ESET employees, managers or even our HR colleagues.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support to internal clients in all ESET offices worldwide with their requests regarding HR IS - Workday
- Provide assistance with navigation in HR processes and systems either in written or spoken form
- Resolution of Tier 1 requests and escalation to Tier 2 when not able to solve the issues
- Creating or updating training materials and delivering training to employees, managers and HR colleagues
- Manage corrections of HR data and validate mass upload inputs
- Create custom reports & analysis in Excel
- Review of existing issues and requests and proposition of improvements in processes and systems
- Cooperation within a HR Information Systems teams on projects and ad hoc tasks
