Insights and data intelligence:
- Collect, analyze, validate and share market and industry competitive insights and intelligence data to inform ESET’s strategic business and marketing decision making.
- In cooperation with other internal stakeholders, collect, analyze and validate internal business intelligence data. Provide relevant business intelligence data for Analyst Relations activities.
- Be a key link between external environment and internal stakeholders, provide market and product insights to inform and support business strategy and product roadmap.
- Translate analyst reports into consumable information that can be used by the Global Marketing Team.
AR Strategy / AR relationships:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key analysts and industry influencers.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Respond to analyst requests for information and coordinate an impactful response working closely with internal subject matter experts.
Content:
- Successfully prepare product demos, product & technology oriented briefing decks and product related content for business, marketing and PR purposes.
