Job Description
- Providing first and second level of support for CRM System
- Investigating, solving incidents and customer requests
- Reporting and monitoring of incidents to meet KPIs and SLAs
- Communication with end-users to clarify incident and requests
- Escalation of complex incidents
- Cooperation with Developers, Solution Architect and Application Administrator
- Preparation of guidelines for other teams and end-users
- Maintaining of support processes and knowledge database
- Supporting application development and testing
- Participating on other projects as required by the company
