Business Analyst

ESET is building a Global Strategic Projects team based in our Bratislava Head quarters. The new team will be responsible for delivering projects with global or strategic impact, thus focusing on the most interesting part of the company. This has created need for a new job position of an experienced Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for putting together interesting analyses and further directions related to valuations and acquisitions, market development and strategic business opportunities. The successful candidate will help with new growth opportunities identifications, setting the goals and executing the projects he/she helped to shape. We are looking for a highly driven, energetic individual with relevant experience, analytical skills and passion for numbers.

Responsibilities:

• Have a thorough understanding of ESET’s internal business systems and report this data to key stakeholders
• Use initiative and creative thinking to gather data from external sources and present clear reports to stakeholders based on the data
• Analyze information gathered from multiple sources and abstract clear outcomes upon requests and ESET business needs
• Provide assessment of systems capabilities/limitations in relation to business goals
• Suggest process improvements and effective changes in dedicated business projects
• Build a thorough understanding of the pricing process, sales and data flows as well as related financial and operational business systems
• Monitor, analyze and report company and product sales performance
• Carry out competitor analysis where required
• Become a reliable source of business reports and analysis based on company need
