Section Leader is responsible for supervising more than one project and more than one team. Core Development is creating and improving tools, security features and products of ESET that go to tens of millions of home and business users worldwide. Therefore stability, performance, security, code quality and detection capabilities are crucial key values of the products. Section Leader is in constant communication with both team members and other departments to assure correct processes and information sharing during whole lifecycle of development. He should be a leader able to solve both technical issues and team related issues.
The tools and technologies used on the job:
Section Leader should have experience with a task management software and tools used by developers (programming languages, source control, IDE, virtual machines) but will be introduced to tools that are used internally in our company.
