Junior Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a candidate to cover position of Junior Marketing Specialist.


Junior Marketing Specialist supports the global marketing team, coordinate a number of projects and topics and assist with tasks needed to keep a global projects or campaigns running smoothly. These tasks often include planning and managing campaign, brand or product collateral materials; cross-media and multi-channel thinking with regard to online, print, mail, and event communication; updating client-facing advertising pieces, reports and presentations; working closely with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers in order to provide perfect marketing support to ESET´s distribution network.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

• Participate on planning and manage marketing communication activities on the global level
• Participate on planning and coordinating complex campaigns aimed at brand development and product launches
• Closely cooperate with the Online and PR teams in order to develop integrated and coherent campaigns
• Provide timely and effective support for internal clients a partners

o Handling operational communication with ESET partners and ensuring administrative support to the ESET Global Partner Center
o Administrating the ticket system, which manages the tasks from internal clients and partners and handling the tickets

• Drive and manage execution of marketing collateral materials
• Build cooperative relationships with the internal stakeholders and regions
• Develop cooperative relationships with external suppliers and manage their activities and services
• Administration support for finance and legal tasks related to the global marketing department
• Carry out conceptual, systematic, creative, methodical activities prescribed by the senior employee
• Carry out other duties prescribed by the Global Marketing Director
