Enterprise Monitoring Specialist

Our focus is to provide top-notch solutions for enterprise monitoring, system integration and automation applicable for group-wide IT solutions. We cover entire IT lifecycle, from design up to daily operations. Therefore we have a strategic role within Erste Group, providing innovative and reliable On-Premise or cloud based solutions to all group entities.
This position will be responsible for implementation and support of the Enterprise monitoring solution based on Zabbix platform including high availability design, performance tuning, and overall solution automation and administration.

Tasks and responsibilities :
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, database, business intelligence and application teams to ensure business applications are highly available and performing within agreed service levels
• Execute daily management and deployment tasks using automation
• Provide visual insides to customers using dashboards
• Extend monitoring capabilities by development of custom application metrics
• Design and improve self-healing functions
• Create and maintain technical documentation
