YOUR JOB:
• Processing, analyzing and interpreting data
• Periodical HR related data reporting
• Preparation of data selections based on business requirements
• Daily work with data inSAP, HCM modul
• Report and analyze HR statistics and their presentation for management
• Master Data: Data integration from SAP to Tableau, Webfocus, Access and other reporting and analytical tools
• Supporting process improvements and harmonization activities
• Running people data reports

• 5 years of work experience with data analyses and data interpretation
• University degree (bachelor, master)
• Analytical and solution-oriented mind-set
• Strong analytical/mathematical skills; passion for figures; data and systems
• Demonstrated proficiency to manipulate large amounts of data and share insights and recommendations
• Good IT systems knowledge : SAP HR module
• Experience with reporting - vizualization tools (like Talbeau or Webfocus or similar)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially Excel / Access / Visio Powerpoint
• English – fluent, German – nice to have
• Willingness to travel 1 day per week to our Vienna office
• Team player
