Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, mainly SW/HW contracts, license contracts, framework agreements and contracts with IT consulting companies as well as contracts for provisioning of IT Services towards intragroup companies
• Provide legal advice in a variety of legal topics (IT/IP, labor law, data protection, corporate law, administrative law etc.) intrac-company
• Cooperate with management to devise efficient strategies
• Cooperate with Group Legal
• Communicate with external parties (law firms, court, notary, authorities etc.)
• Keep track of any legislative changes
• Identify and analyze any potential legal risks
• Develop new contract templates (e.g. framework agreements for service provisioning) and maintain changes
