Job description, responsibilities and duties
The EG IT INT Communications department is a dynamic team of passionate and creative communications professionals responsible for preparation & execution of the EG IT INT communications strategy with focus on client satisfaction, delivery excellence, innovation and company culture.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Planning and execution of comms strategy aligned with company´s vision and strategic goals
• Designing and implementing internal communications tools and channels to support company philosophy, culture and employee engagement
• Maintenance of company’s intranet and comms tools including redesign
• Close cooperation with other departments and divisions with focus on one team approach, awareness increase of company successes but also procedures
• Ensuring consistent framing of messages outside & inside the company including social media
• Editing and revising content for online & offline media and tools.
• Preparing, designing and editing internal publications such as articles, magazine, blogs, presentations and other materials

• Experience with complex internal communication projects creation and execution (1-2 years)
• Good knowledge of Adobe suit, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities - to the point.
• Slovak native speaker, fluent English is a must (very good level of written and spoken English), German is beneficial
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Courtesy, friendliness, tact, diplomacy, creativity, sense of humour and good approach are essential
• Ability to work independently but also in a team in a changing, fast paced environment
• Multitasking & good time management skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Previous experience with social media
• Willing to travel 1-2 days/week to Vienna
• Driving license

• Experience with Sharepoint are beneficial
• International/multicultural environment and IT business experience is a plus
• Experience with offline/online tools is a plus
