Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Become part of international HR team that is dealing with increasing numbers of demands in area of HR from Slovak and Austrian side of our company.
YOU will :
* act as a reliable partner for our managers and provide them with relevant HR guidance
* provide HR business partnering activities in Slovakia and Austria as well
* resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
* be responsible for the holistic consultation, initiation and finalization of projects in
the area of HR
* work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build
morale and increase productivity and retention
* accompany and support internal change processes
* observe ongoing trends and suggest new HR strategies
* work customer-focused and solution-oriented with a high level of flexibility, proactivity
and social competence
* travell up to 3 days per week to our Vienna premises
YOU will :

* bring at least 5 years of experience in an HR role (HR Business Partner, Personnel Development)
* possess profound knowledge of Slovak labour law, knowledge of Austrian labour law is big advantage
* background in area of IT is highly appreciated
* have excellent English skills both orally and in writing, German is advantage
* customer-focused and solution-oriented personality
* have successfully completed a university in HR related area
* willingness to travell to Vienna up to 3 days per week
