Your Responsibilities

• Primary contact for the Service Line.
• Collects and analyzes the needs of Service Line Leaders and PM Group, prepares and comments inputs for the creation and implementation of HR concepts, procedures and guidelines.
• Provides expert advice and consults labor law, personal and organizational issues related to employee management and development with the Service Line Leaders and its PM Group.
• Provides advice to employees in the field of labor law.
• Manages recruitment and selection process for a given Service Line, communicates with HR agencies and prepares budget and forecast.
• Identifies training needs with the relevant Service Line L&D committee and prepares budget and forecast.
• Participates in the onboarding process of newly recruited employees, their development and career path planning.
• Implements HR tools in the field of employee performance management.
• Coordinates activities and participates in the implementation of the talent development program within the organization of human resources planning.
• Leads exit interviews with outgoing employees.

• Any additional European languages (especially German), a plus
• Computer literacy (MS Office, advanced at Excel)
