Scrum Master

Your Tasks:

• Supporting of creativity and self-organization of team members
• Providing coaching and training of Scrum/Agile to the Scrum Team & Product Owner
• Make sure that Scrum principles and practices are properly followed by development team & product owner
• Make sure that developers follow ERNI procedure, as well as design patterns and the best practices
• Protect the Scrum Team from external interference
• Take responsibility for the service delivery
• Communicate with project managers and customers
• Report development progress
• Have the accountability of local project delivery
• Make sure that release and sprint goal is achieved
• Identification and removing of impediments
• Proactively communicate any open issues
• Facilitating meetings
• Ensure the transparency and visibility of team's progress, obstacles and successes to all stakeholders, Product Owner, including the team itself

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 2 year experience working in an agile environment as a Scrum Master or in similar role, preferably in a variety of situations
• Proactive and enjoy communicating with people
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• You have done effort estimations and direct communication with customers and project managers
• Knowledge and/or experience of Kanban
• Strong communication skills
• Strong people skills and the ability to lead, influence and facilitate
• Analytical ability
