• Coach team of system engineers and developers
• Challenge project stakeholders to define clear requirements
• Take responsibility for the service delivery
• Effort estimation and solution design for specific configuration requirements
• Ensure quality, test coverage and maintainability of code
• Leading further development of ERNI employees in his/her area of expertise
• Make sure that Agile development principles and practices are properly followed by development team and product owner
• Active participation on process improvements
• Manage and resolve impediments
• Development and maintenance of code and scripts in Bash, Python, PowerShell

• Experience in software engineering and software development, ideally using Python, C#, Java, PowerShell, or Bash
• Experience with automated integration and unit testing
• Experienced in driving tasks and in agile project delivery setup
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, able to present solutions
• Fluent in English, German as advantage
• Conceptual thinking skills in terms of product conception and technical solution
• Ability to coach other developers
• Experience in administration Linux (Debian) and/or Windows systems is advantage
