Job description, responsibilities and duties

As "Key Account Manager", your main tasks will be:

Realize user support and tool-training by creating a close relationship with them
Accompany their daily operations: physical training, webex, telephone
Understand their needs, questions and expectations in order to respond quickly and in a personalized way
Follow up the client account from start to finish, from its request to its resolution
Use current tools to drive customer support and be proactive in their improvement
Become a reference of customer service both with the manufacturers and the retailer
Alert and follow the technical incidents to the Research & Development team
Listen user needs to improve our customer service and tools
Work closely with sales, research and development teams, as well as management


Specialist in customer relations, you will be trained in Retail, Product Knowledge and our new technology. The goal is to make you autonomous quickly while working as a team.



Do you have any experience in support or customer relations?

Do you speak fluently French and English?

Understanding the needs of your interlocutors to best meet their expectations by creating a relationship of trust is important to you?

En tant que « Gestionnaire de comptes clients », vos principales missions seront de :

Réaliser le support et la formation outil des utilisateurs en créant une relation privilégiée avec eux
Accompagner au quotidien leurs opérations : formation physique, webex, téléphone
Comprendre leurs besoins, questions et attentes afin d’y répondre rapidement et de manière personnalisée
Assurer le suivi du dossier client de A à Z, de sa demande à sa résolution
Utiliser les outils actuels pour piloter le support client et être force de proposition pour leur amélioration
Devenir une référence du service client tant avec les industriels qu’avec les centrales d’achats
Remonter et suivre les incidents techniques à l’équipe Recherche & Développement
Remonter les besoins utilisateurs afin d’améliorer notre service client et nos outils
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, recherche et développement, ainsi que la direction
Spécialiste de la relation client, vous serez formé aux métiers du Retail, à la connaissance produit et à cette nouvelle technologie. L’objectif est de vous rendre autonome rapidement, tout en travaillant en équipe.





Vous avez une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le support ou la relation client ?

Vous parlez couramment Français et Anglais ?

Comprendre les besoins de vos interlocuteurs pour répondre au mieux à leurs attentes en créant une relation de confiance est important pour vous ?

Vous avez un très bon relationnel, êtes un excellent communiquant et aimez travailler en équipe ?

L’autonomie, la patience et la pédagogie vous caractérisent ?

Vous voulez intégrer une équipe jeune et dynamique, qui ne reste pas sur ses acquis, afin d’apprendre toujours plus ?
