Job description, responsibilities and duties

Ensure the delivery of an excellent People business service to our internal customers, first point contact in daily operational issues in defined areas (e.g. recruitment, admin, training, payroll).  Active development of own responsibility areas and participation in People Services teamwork.  

  • Work actively in the own area of responsibility to ensure the delivery of an excellent People business service to our internal customers, first point contact in daily operational issues in defined areas. Depending on the role and size of the site, the responsibility area can be a mix of all employment lifecycle services or there can be defined area like recruitment, admin, training, payroll) 
  • Work according to defined processes, deliver the expected results in providing required services to managers and employees
  • Instruct and support managers in legislative matters, acting as an expert in labor law and other regulations 
  • Organize and arrange employee events 
  • Providing timely and accurate data for reporting and other purposes 
  • Responsible for internal communication activities 
  • Key-user of relevant HR-systems, maintaining and actively participating on HRIS development 
  • Support of People Partner in terms of recruitments if needed 
  • Preparation of regular monthly, annual reports and reports required by the authorities 
  • Responsible for communication with state authorities and insurance companies 
  • Communication with temporary staffing agencies, preparation and sending of payment documents for agency staff 
  • Global responsibilities as People Analyst, supporting with data quality and reporting 
  • Acts tactical and operational level, ensuring that key data definitions and processes are deployed in People process and system landscape 
  • Acts as bridge between operative users and owners  
  • Helps and supports operative users in daily work (act as key/super user

  • Proven work experience of undertaking a similar HR role 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good common understanding of the field of the HR (especially HRM) 
  • Strong knowledge in labor law related matters 
  • A strong mind-set for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding client expectations 
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office (especially excel) 
  • Experience in HR development activities 
  • Good written and oral skill, English skills 
  • A positive, can-do and hands-on attitude 
  • Systematic, prompt and persistent 
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
