Purchasing Manager

Bears responsibility for purchasing
Provides guidance to employees in order to accomplish the targets set by the company
On the basis of the information provided in the database system, bears responsibility for the receiving of production material in the required quality, quantity and desired time
In case of non-conformities, ensures alternative deliveries, handles a complaint process or other processes aimed at assurance of continuous production
Performs regular evaluation of suppliers, drives continuous cost reduction efforts, attempts at improvements of delivery dates and other delivery conditions.
Purchases material in the quantity and quality meeting production requirements
Maintains communication with suppliers on all matters related to provision of the material necessary to ensure production in the company.
Gains, analyzes and presents the data related to purchasers and purchased material to the management on a monthly basis.
Attends specialized trainings and trainings related to environmental management
Executes the aforementioned activities with respect to the tasks stemming from the environmental policy of the company.
Follows the rules and performs tasks in compliance with the targets of environmental management.
