At present we are on a journey to transform Ownership Sales and Services (OSS) on a Cluster and local level.

We are looking to hire a Ownership Sales and Services (OSS) Category Manager who will actively support all sales and operational roles within Ownership Services & Sales, as well as other internal and external functions and organizations. It is imperative the S&S Category Manager can build upon the current strategy and support transformation throughout the Aftermarket organization in order to significantly assist commercial growth, increase consumer loyalty and improve internal communications.

You will report to the Ownership Services & Sales Country Manager operationally and the Cluster Services & Spares Category Manager functionally.

Main responsibilities:

·Support sales and profit growth of Electrolux Aftermarket products and services and to achieve the agreed targets in line with the evolving European Aftermarket strategy.

·Take responsibility for enacting product developments locally from the cluster team, while simultaneously providing the local feedback to the cluster Category and OSS teams

·Assisting the evolving Aftermarket strategy, supporting the recent commercial growth and penetration of the Electrolux group install base (units in operation)

· Take responsibility for driving the local P&L performance within the OSS function,

· Responsible for market analysis, product groups & competitors in order to identify and prioritize opportunity areas for the expansion and development of services and spares offerings.

·To create an exceptionally strong working relationship across the sales and operational Aftermarket team.

·To support planning local sales and promotion activities, driven by local OSS head and Marketing teams.

· Responsible for the communication and implementation of pricing strategies across the different Aftermarket products and Services.

· Maintain Aftermarket web shop in terms of content, T&C, pricing, SEO and promotions activities. - including C&A

· Lead commercial triangle with Loyalty Marketing/Sales/Category Managers to attract consumers, drive consumer loyalty and maximize conversion rate

· Develop Loyalty Programs (with full range, EMA, WB, C&A)

· Lead CI projects related OSS in line with CEE project management guidelines

On top of this you will identify opportunity, develop existing processes and significantly grow the OSS sales in OSS B2B channels in line with CEE sales strategy:

· Directly responsible for sales result of selected ISP (Independent Service Partners) Customers (TOP 20 + distributors)

· Properly plan and execute marketing activities for ISP Customers (+ distributors)

· Drive, engage and motivate all service partners to outperform replacement sales and C&A sales

· Driving execution of OSS B2B commercial agenda through all channels (ERT/KRT/ISP) for Services and KP

· Participate in the dedicated B2B Calls

· Support the development of an appropriate sales culture in Electrolux teams and field operations partners (distributors)

· Analyze channel sales performance against agreed KPIs and recommend improvement actions.



Requirements:

· Solid experience in product line and/or commercial areas (with product knowledge/ product management) and/or product development

· Experience with aftermarket is an advantage

· Previous experience in people management

· Ability to work in a matrix organization

· Entrepreneurial and passionate approach to pursuing new business opportunities

· Results-driven with strong, analytical skills with also ability to see the big picture.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain good cross functional working relationships.
· Fluent in English and Czech
