Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Managing production in order to meet customer needs with optimal costs and consistency with prescribed quality
• Analyzing and planning production sources (local, external and foreign)
• Coordination of production processes in a specified time, quantity and quality
• Ensureing full utilization of the skills and capabilities of direct production personnel within working hours to achieve efficient performance
• Cooperation with company management for planning the investments
• Communication with logistics and commerce team
• Solving daily workload problems within his competences and recommends measures to improve productivity and product quality
