What will you do?
- Supporting client from Automotive industry, 24x7, in a broad and varied technical environment of approx. 800 virtualised servers and hosts
- 2nd level application management, including on-going support activities, identifying and resolving issues, problem analysis, change implementation
- Cooperation with other internal teams (network, infrastructure and server teams)
- After qualification which can take up to 2 years, possible promotion to project team which is working flexi/office hours.
- Position includes options to work on project management and implementation, system design or application development
What you will need?
Language skills
- English - Upper intermediate (B2)
- Slovak - Fluent
- German – is an advantage but NOT necessary
Requirements
- AIX/WIN Server/RHEL – basic knowledge about server OS
- General SQL and DBA knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL2008-2016)
- Quick thinking, able to track issues across IT environments
- Good communication skills, includes client facing tasks
