We are currently looking for an Implementation Engineer For Service Management Tools And Processes.
What this means:
- Become an expert on the GLPI platform and related solutions within ITIL environment.
- Assist in leading the implementation project from start to finish as a technical point of contact with clients during the product implementation phase.
- Analyze customer requirements and make viable user stories for implementation.
- Define and document functional and technical requirements, collaborate on project scope.
- Continuously acquire certain product knowledge and learn new technologies.
- Report bugs and trends to engineering and to deep development and product teams.
- Clearly explain the solution to the client by phone or email.
- Collaborate with the engineering teams, report bugs, prioritize items and understand how to find technical solutions for your customers.

What You’ll Need (Requirements):
- Proficient with PHP and HTML.
- (MySQL is a big plus!)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Process IT management knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication ability including active listening, conflict resolution & customer empathy.
