In this position, you will :
• Provide technical support and leadership in a complex mission critical Archiving environment,
• Provide day to day operations support and on-call support 7x24 on a rotational basis,
• Use tools for remote management and alert monitoring,
• Be responsible for incident / service call investigation, diagnosis, resolutions where possible or dispatching to the relevant support team,
• Be involved in full cycle development, deployment to go-live,
• Provide SAP expertise in the customer engagement team,
• Gain new skills on the job under the mentorship of industry leading IT experts!

• Willing to learn and absorb knowledge fast
• Work under pressure and excellent task prioritization
• Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken).
What you should bring?
• Basic overview OS like Unix/ Linux, Windows server
• Basic knowledge of SQL,
• Basic knowledge of IP Services,
• SAP basis administration experience,
• Experience in SAP related Scheduling or Archiving applications (Batchman, $Universe, iXOS),
• Additional knowledge & experience in Oracle, SAP DB, MSSQL or DB2,
• Experience in Backup environments and knowledge of Netbackup,
Preferred but not must:
• German or any other additional foreign language knowledge is an advantage.
