Junior IT Reporting Engineer

In this role, you will be expected to run and maintain existing reporting framework for our clients, improve and optimize existing reporting capabilities, and design, develop, test and implement new reporting functions and features based on client demands. The tasks also include the delivery of reports based on defined SLAs.

About the team:
The candidate will work in a team of 2-3 people reporting to Account Service Manager/Account Run Lead and cooperating with Account ITSM Process Leads on incoming reporting requirements. Candidate will strengthen and expand scripting skills in various programming/scripting languages as well as data analyzing and automation skills in Linux and Windows areas.

About your responsibilities:
• Run and maintain existing reporting framework
• Diagnose and fix possible operational issues
• Deliver reports based on defined SLAs agreed with a client
• 8x5 operational support coverage
• Implement improvements and changes based on client demands
• Implement new reports or features based on client demands

Our requirements:
• Scripting (at least one of - Perl, PowerShell, Linux/UX shell, VBS/VBA, …)
• Linux/Windows OS administration basics (80%/20%)
• GitHub source code version control
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, PowerPoint, …)
• Conceptual thinking
• Willingness to learn new things and technologies
• SAP business objects knowledge (advantage)

Language skills:
• English - Upper intermediate (B2) – is a MUST have
• German - Upper intermediate (B2) – is an ADVANTAGE
