Your responsibility will be:
  • Provide technical support in a complex mission critical SAP environment
  • Perform low and mid level support for SAP Basis/DB area
  • Use tools for remote management and alert monitoring
  • Responsible for incident / service call investigation, diagnosis, resolutions where possible or dispatching to the relevant higher level support
  • Participate in daily operational tasks, planned change management tasks and projects as assigned by the direct supervisor
  • Follow and improve company’s technical and process standards, automation and solutions

Essential Requirements:
  • Min. High school degree
  • Basic administration in Linux like operating systems
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Team player
  • Intermediate written and spoken English skills

What would be a strong advantage:
  • SAP basis administration experience or experience in SAP related applications
  • Additional experience with databases
  • Experience in Backup environments
