Job description
• Maintain the components and functionalities of SAP applications supported
• Identify, find and fix issues and recover the original functionality
• Participate on SAP support & maintenance activities within functional area
• Document changes on the system
• Test newly added functionalities to avoid errors on productive system
• Work under the supervision of senior colleague

Job requirements
• University degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, Electrical engineering, Management Information Systems, Economics or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of business environment and IT processes is advantage
• SAP basic overview is advantage
• Advanced in English is required, German is advantage
• Analytical skills, ability to perform in complex IT environment
• Customer oriented, initiative and enthusiastic
• Results oriented, able to complete task on time under pressure
• Problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Interpersonal skills, team work and collaboration
• Flexible and able to take challenges and ownership
• Knowledge of ITIL , experience in Service Management are welcome
