Senior Analyst
Based in Bratislava
Perm position
EUR1850 circa

dunnhumby is searching for a Senior Analyst to join our Bratislava team! You'll be responsible for creating actionable Insights that drive sales and analysing behavioural or attitudinal data. You'll be the voice of the customer when looking at understanding performance of campaigns of the client.

Responsibilities include:
-Interpret analysis to create timely, relevant and actionable insights for our clients
-Hands-on analysis of the retailer database using Exadata/SQL, R, Python etc.
-Be an active member of the CE Connect Media Team and the wider analytical community
-Understand how to use the data to evaluate and improve performance of campaigns of the client
-Provide ongoing support to the work of the CE Sales Team as the main priority
-Engage with our wider analytical community to stay connected with new approaches
-Provide support on projects to ensure they are completed to high level
-Identify efficiencies and improvements to standard processes, such as ways of automating code, removing manual tasks, or re-engineering processes

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Proficiency (C2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

Qualifications
Desired: Master degree or equivalent in a numerate discipline e.g. Stats, Maths, Physics, Economics etc.
Essential: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a numerate subject e.g. Stats, Maths, Physics, Economics etc.

Technical Skills & Experience
-Min. 2-3 years of experience on analytical position, working with data warehouses
-Ability to interpret data analysis into actionable insights
-Advanced use of Excel, preferably with VBA
-Experience with at least one of following: SQL, R, Python
-Knowledge of BI technologies welcomed (Microstrategy, Tableau, MS Power BI, Shiny…)

English - advanced
