about the position
Purpose of the job: Identification and assignment of received payments to the correct customer and to the correct open item.
Job content:
- Manual payments assignment
- Payment allocation
- Manual Clearing of payments
- Credit card file upload (via Bot and manually)
- Reporting activities
- Support for collection topics (via ticketing tool and E-Mail)
The salary for this position is from 1200 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
