PTP Competence Center Agent (maternity cover)

about the position

PTP (Procure-to-Pay) Competence Center Agent is processing customer requests in the area of accounting or procurement. Your agenda will be mostly in German language. The main responsibilities include:

• Processing of telephone or written customer queries
• Tracking of the completion of his/her customer queries in the AIC-Tickettool
• Disclosure of general information to customers
• Processing and forwarding of information to team leader
• Conducting of Ad- Hoc reports for the customers

The salary for this position is from 1 250 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

This position is hired as maternity cover.
