Purpose of the job:Team leader is responsible for leading of selected team and fulfilling of set goals.
Job content:
- Leading and organizing work of employees in supervised department according to the plan
- Assigning tasks among team members and ensuring accomplishment of the tasks
- Is responsible for selection, evaluation and development of employees in selected department
- Independently dealing with day to day and specific issues and situations in department
- Ensuring the provision of services in the area of Asset Accounting (AA):
-> Ensuring timeliness, correctness and smooth booking of all fixed asset transactions
->Ensuring timeliness, correctness and smooth performance of month and year end closings
- Monitoring fulfilling of tasks on time within agreed deadlines
- Monitoring and checking correctness of the Asset Accounting sub-ledger and of
regular interface to the general ledger
- Maintaining and managing communication and relationship between DTSE SK and serviced companies in respect of all matters relating to the managed area
- Working closely with group leader, acting as deputy for team leader in case of his/her absence
- Ensuring process effectiveness and efficiency in AA and ongoing optimization of processes in
coordination with Process and Quality management department, and serviced companies
- Ensuring the accuracy, quality and integrity of the managed processes in the DTSE SK
- Ensuring that process descriptions and work instructions are up to date
- Ensuring fulfilling of team goals, support and satisfaction of team members and customers
with provided services
- Project work: supporting Roll in of new customers to the DTSE SK and One ERP roll out activities
- Fulfilling other operative and project tasks as per needs in supervised team and GAO department
The salary for this position is from 1 700 EUR gross.The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in asset accounting or 5-7 years in other accounting area

Accounting
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
- Knowledge of tax law
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong sense of responsibility
