Information
about the position

As a part of International Control Team you will take over responsibility for assessment and support of Internal Controls and Processes in the Deutsche Telekom Group for international companies. Responsible for monitoring and reporting of SOD (segregation of duties conflict) in OneERP (SAP) environment for Deutsche Telekom group Internal controls team in methodology topics. Support resolution of SODs.

Your main responsibility:
Supports the overall Internal control system (ICS) process and methodology for Deutsche Telekom international and german companies
• Closely cooperates with the local ICS Management in the entities (e.g. scoping process, assessment planning, documentation etc.) and provide overall guidance and advisory
• Provide regular reporting to customers and to the Group according the planned milestones
• Evaluate control issues with local ICS management and report them to the Group and auditors, monitor remediation plan implementation
• Supports standardization, automation and establishment of effectiveness of ICS in the Group
• Act as country support for ICS process, coordinate ICS transition during a project
• Supports the annual scoping processes within ICS for international entities
Supports other team's tasks as trainings, on site visits etc.

The salary for this position is from 1800 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

• Expertise in the assessment and management of
• Internal control systems and processes in either auditing or risk management
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and IFRS
• Intercultural experience
• Very good communication skills, customer orientation
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally (20%)
• Strong team player, structured, reliable, pro-active,diplomatic, positive, consistent
• Experience in implementation of international rollouts
• Experienced in Telco industry preferred
• Fluency in English, German language is an advantage
