Main purpose of the position is to serve as responsible person for control of delivered services and contracts. Manage IT projects.

Job Content:
• Coordinates the service delivery activities between the organizational units and supervise their work in the interest of contract fulfilment
• Coordinates interfaces between SLM-process and other processes
• Ensures that service reports are produced and that breaches of SLA targets are highlighted
• DTSE IT Asset management
• Reviews/Manages relevant documentation regarding the service
• Manages continuous improvement of delivered service
• Financial management of IT services
• IT Security Management
• IT Projects – infrastructure, software
• Communication with end users, Managing Director, DTSE SUM central side, DT IT, suppliers, etc

The salary for this position is from 1400 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
