One.ERP is a strategic business and IT transformation program within Deutsche Telekom AG. It creates an efficient and agile Enterprise Resource Planning System based on standardized data models, business processes and IT for the entire company.

Purpose of the job:

• Heading SAP Global Template “One.ERP” project and supporting the Design, Implementation and Roll-out of the international Plant Maintenance module for Deutsche Telekom group,
• Providing a strategic guidance regarding SAP Plant Maintenance solution designs and functional architecture for PM related queries,
• Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities regarding efficiency and quality – with focus on Plant Maintenance core functions like Maintenance Planning, Equipment lifecycle, Vehicle management, Car pool management,
• Ensure standardization of Plant Maintenance processes by consolidating business requirements into effective standard solutions with SAP ERP project (Template generation),
• Assessment and analysis of local business requirements in close cooperation with international partners in the group; business experts of the global process owners and other template architects,
• Leading the generation of the Functional Architecture and Quality Assurance of delivery,
• Management of third parties (internal and external) in case of integration to external / group system,
• Act as a single point of governance for system and process integration,
• Participation throughout the whole project life-cycle,
• Review and consultancy for integration related architecture / design decisions,
• Support the successful implementation of the digitalization of DTSE. Understanding of the market trends in the area of expertise; assessment of apps; bots; data analytics tool and other solutions from various providers.

Experience:
• At least 3 years of working experience in international Plant maintenance area (business process knowledge; technical configuration/customizing is advantage) and experience in general project management – preferably on SAP ERP projects,
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP architectural landscape and SAP PM / CS,
• Proven work and design track record of SAP SAP FI-CO and SAP PM module,
• Ability to drive changes and innovations in the E2E PM (Plant Maintenance) area, processes and solutions (strong change management attitude),
• Solid skills in project management (knowledge of project management best practices and methodology) and conflict resolution in an intercultural project environment,
• Presentation skills,
• Fluent English language,
• German language would be a plus.
